Our approach

People bring real feelings to this category of software. We hold ourselves to standards that respect that.

Privacy by design

We collect only what an app needs to work, store data locally on-device where possible, and let users delete their account and data at any time. What people share with a companion stays theirs.

Responsible AI

Our companions are always clearly AI, designed for adults 18 and over, and never a substitute for professional care. We build in safeguards and point people to real help when they need it.

Quality engineering

We build native-feeling iOS apps with modern frameworks, test thoroughly before every release, and design for reliability first, because apps people trust with something personal should simply work.

Warmth first

We design for how our users feel. A companion should make someone's day a little better and then leave them free to get on with it. That is the whole point, and every choice we make serves it.
